I Don't Even Have Time to Live

This isn't like any manga I have ever read & honestly I think it is amazing. With all it's subtly & simplistic art it is able to capture the negative spiral of anxiety & depression. It is cleverly titled can you trap yourself in a vortex of negative thoughts that keep you from wanting to be yourself & experience other people & the world, which is so tragically relatable. It feels at times a reflection of myself but also tackles how men have a fear of being perceived as a gross & creepy person while women are scared of being assaulted by men. It really makes me contemplate how society has planted these seeds of self hatred & distrust to people.

Breaking Point

The art is nice, and so os the premise. but, I think this would be a better story without it being hentai/ecchi. I feel like it's going to be one of those titles that has adult situations more because they can, rather than actually being necessary. I'm not going to say that it's not predictable, because it screamed set up when she was given the necklace. But you never know.

The art is plain, but absolutely adorable much like the main character. As I read, his struggles hit close to home and I am able to remember my own awkward and depressing moments in my life. *Sigh* A good and short read overall if you are looking for reassurance that you are not the only one who is stuck in this awkward phase of life.

This one was too strong, but I kind of like it.

The Quill

The art style was beautiful, and everything from the clothing to the backgrounds had a lot of detail. The theme of this manga was cryptic, but I quickly found out the meaning of the story during the last few pages.

Chika's Forest is a well written shojo manga. It creates an interesting back story, a lovable main character, and is creative in creating individualized non-existing characters. So far I think this is a great manga and worth exploring.

So far so good? Not the cleanest art I've ever seen but it's twisted right from the get go so it really entices one to keep reading. I'll probably continue this one and update my star rating accordingly as I see how things go.

I find it to be a hilarious 4-koma manga. There were situations in this manga that remind me of my own experiences of using public transportation. I couldn't help but laugh at the awkward situations the various characters encounter on the train.

While the story starts off very slow, by the third chapter it definitely starts to grow on you. The fact that everyone's abilities are different and compliment each other is also a nice touch, I would love to see the cast collaborate on a large project together. As I'm writing this pre-chapter 14, I can say that I do hope we get more moments with the supporting cast. I feel this series can succeed in an Azumanga Daioh styled way, but it first needs a bit of cast development.
None the less, I am excited to see the story progress!

EQUITES

This is a pretty standard shonen manga, but its pretty enjoyable. The chapters seemed to get a lot shorter the more I read though, so you might not get as much out of a ticket

Chika's Forest

This is a really cute story with a nice artwork. It's not "My neighbor Totoro" - which was a masterpiece - but it gives you a similar feeling while reading. The pace is kind of slow and I'm still not sure what turn this story will take. First few chapters was more like a webcomic than a manga, which makes me feel not very invested in it - they were too much of an exposition, too closed. Although I like such soft stories at first I thought it doesn't have too much to offer except the artwork, so I almost dropped it in fourth chapter. But first longer story with Nyancy had something more in it. The artwork is really nice, the cuteness of it masks flaws of Artist skills.
I recommend this series to anyone who likes cute soft stories, about nothing.

This one is super cute so far. Makoto is super cute and I hope to see the dynamic between him and Shou change into love. Though I anticipate someone will be fighting Shou for Makoto's love eventually. Which will be so cute! <3

The Dim Memory of My Childhood

The plot is very interesting and a bit dark. The characters are memorable enough, especially Anne. I love how unique her world views are. I really, really like this one-shot's story. All I can say is that you should definitely read it, and it won't take much of your time! Make sure to prepare a box of tissues for the ending, though. T^T

The characters and story is super cute! The art design is very well done also. The story draws you in so you just keep wanting to know more about the trinket store and how the characters will act with each other. It’s a super quick easy read.

Love Only You

Personally I really like this one. Kanda Neko is one of the best mangaka in my opinion, and I reread her manga a lot. This one is has some really cute and fluffy parts, but also quite some lewd parts *drools*, so that's a lot of fun.

SKY

The art style and presentation harken back to a classic style of manga art, and the color presentation is really beautiful. The series of stories presented in these two volumes are very human tales. Some sad, some hopeful. Some both. I'm glad I read these. Each volume has two (very large) chapters; so be prepared for a lengthy read.

On a side note, I am curious if the use of historical names was a decision made by the translator or the original author.
